According to the documents received from the regional State administrations and regional councils, almost all the regions of Ukraine and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea conduct systematic and purpose-oriented work aimed at implementation of the Laws listed above. Moreover, the local budget expenditures for sector´s demands tend to increase.
However, a number of issues need to be settled. Thus, the Committee failed to secure Parliamentary scrutiny of the Draft Resolution "On Moratorium on Closure of Secondary Education Establishments in the Rural Area".
The attendants of the meeting stated that "governmental order for publishing of study literature is under the danger of non-realization, the issue concerning establishment of payment for meals of children at pre-school educational establishments located in the settlements failed to be settled".
